We collect the information you provide during sign-up or waitlist flows, including your name and email address. We also gather usage data about how you interact with the platform and analytics signals when they are enabled.
Personal information powers secure authentication via Google OAuth or magic-link email, enables essential communications, and helps us refine VibeForged through aggregate insights and product research.
We process data based on the consent you give, our legitimate interest in securing and improving VibeForged, and the contractual necessity to provide services you request or agree to use.
We retain personal data while you have an active relationship with VibeForged and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@vibeforged.com.
Your information is protected with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by trusted partners. We regularly review these safeguards to keep your data safe.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is only shared with trusted providers who help us operate the platform, such as Supabase for storage and authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Google OAuth for identity verification.
VibeForged may process information outside of your home region. When international transfers occur, we rely on safeguards designed to maintain adequate protection under applicable privacy laws.

VibeForged is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will delete it promptly.
